Maintenance Technician - 26000674 Description Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Full-Time Mechanical Maintenance Technician who will be based at our Freeport, TX facility. The objective of the Mechanical Maintenance Technician is to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our production facility. The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for identifying and completing planned and unplanned maintenance work on both rotating and static mechanical equipment. This person will work independently, make technical decisions, and escalate technical concerns in the field to line management in a timely fashion for proper support and action. Primary Responsibilities: Performs a wide variety of skilled mechanic duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify mechanical equipment and facilities (pumps, piping, valves, etc.). Uses a wide variety of hand, power, and machine tools to perform assignments.
