The Department of Forensic Science is seeking a qualified applicant to function as the Building Operations Supervisor in the Eastern Forensic Laboratory building. Duties include the coordination and supervision of all work in this facility related to preventative maintenance; operation, repair or replacement of building systems; and grounds maintenance. The systems involved include HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler and fire protection, and security. The successful candidate will supervise agency staff and external contractors and serve as the lead worker to accomplish some tasks to provide the services required for reliable and efficient operation of the Eastern Laboratory facility.
