Description Help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment on commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, data centers, and critical cooling facilities. Technician I is a competent commercial technician that brings the ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair package units up to 130 tons, split systems, and water source heat pumps. Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams. Conduct work exhibiting a professional demeanor and tactful and courteous communication with a diverse client base. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC systems including: Split systems (including large split systems), Built up systems, Water source heat pumps, small and large tonnage rooftop units. - Troubleshoot air flow, air distribution, building pressure, and VAV systems. - Maintain VFDs in various applications. - Trace out and troubleshoot complex electrical systems - Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair specialized systems such as Liebert equipment, Aaon units, etc... - Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including the proper use of PPE - Maintain an organized and clean company vehicle - Manage assigned...
