The function partners closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology and other control functions to support an integrated Group‑wide risk management framework. The Senior Counsel to the General Counsel supports the Global General Counsel on priority legal, regulatory and governance topics and the steering of high‑impact legal matters. The role helps set clear priorities, structures complex issues and translates them into concise, decision‑ready executive options - enabling sound judgement and pace in senior decision‑making.
