Summary: Leads the company's key client implementation initiatives through our global delivery networks with a focus on ensuring quality and consistency of delivery to our clients. Ensure that the delivery of implementation projects meets contractual specifications. Provides decisive leadership across delivery teams, owns executive‑level client communication, and serves as the final authority for delivery tradeoffs required to protect client outcomes and contractual obligations.
