This includes the development and enhancement of the Arriva Customer Engine (ACE) platform, which supports customer experience and operational delivery across our businesses. We are now looking for an ACE Delivery Analyst to support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the ACE platform across Arriva UK Trains, UK Bus and future product clients. Reporting to the ACE Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in supporting platform releases, coordinating delivery activities, and ensuring changes are implemented in line with functional, compliance and legal requirements.
