Responsibilities: Your Role: The Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the industrial engineering operations of the facility, utilities, grounds, and plant property. The role will provide leadership and direction to Engineers, Maintenance and Contractor Personnel responsible for the repair, maintenance, modification and installation of machines, tooling, and equipment in the facility.
