Role You will join a fully established CS Team and will be the primary point of contact for the company. You will manage all incoming calls and customer service enquiries, generate sales leads that develop into new customers, and identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. This role aims to contribute to ensuring the best possible service to our customers, in the most cost efficient way, at all times. Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist are: Order management A-Z; registration, monitoring and invoicing on ERP system Respond, through various communication channels and in a timely manner, to questions and enquiries from our customers regarding various topics such as; orders, deliveries, prices, invoices, certificates etc. Ensure customers are continuously updated on their orders in case of delays or any other discrepancy against their confirmed order. Ensure that the Incoterms, payment terms, prices etc. are accurate and according to customer contracts on our sales orders on ERP system Support the sales organisation in the quote process if/ when needed Ensure that claims and complaints are correctly registered if/ when adminis...
