Summary: The Regional Director of Operations will be reporting directly to the COO, having full operational leadership and management responsibility for profit and loss of $40 - $80 million in revenue across multiple regions, to include office and field operations. Directs the operational segments of multiple profit centers towards the achievement of established policies, goals, and objectives. Provides guidance to their respective Director of Operations in charge of these functions by analyzing and appraising overall effectiveness.
