In M&A Transaction Diligence , we help our clients navigate the complexity of M&A transactions by providing specialised advice, both in connection with the acquisition or divestment of companies. Our work includes, among others, financial analysis of historical trading and balance sheets and assessing consistency in forecasts compared to historical trends, order books and other known factors, to get the best possible basis for valuing a business. Our work supports our clients with relevant knowledge to make a valuation of a business and to understand operational and financial assets and liabilities as well as other risks to be considered in the transaction context.
