Quality Technician II

Job description

As a Quality Technician II, you will lead a small team of quality professionals while providing hands-on technical support to manufacturing operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, oversee inspection and testing activities, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure product conformance and process stability. This role combines people leadership and technical expertise and is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, solving complex quality problems, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Note: This is a swing shift position, Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. As a Quality Technician II, a typical day in this role may include: Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of quality technicians to ensure consistent execution of inspection, testing, and quality processes.
