Manages all activities of the casual dining outlets and in room dining that contribute to 100% guest satisfaction. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: Assistant Manager Restaurant Service Person Pre-Apprentice Restaurant Trainee Supervisor Manager Restaurant Shift Starting Salary $75,000- $85,000: College degree, two-year culinary degree or equivalent work experience required. Two year’s work experience in full service or high-volume restaurant. Basic knowledge in all phases of restaurant management.
