As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Float at CenterWell Senior Primary Care , you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, pharmacists, care coaches, behavioral health specialists, and more—all working together to deliver personalized, high-quality care. While this is not a PRN or on-call position, some driving between clinic locations within your designated territory is required. Mileage reimbursement for travel is provided.
