Overview The HRIS Analyst ensures accurate HRIS transactions and data integrity for North America, supporting HR processes, audits, and system maintenance. In addition to core administrative duties, this role assists with commission processing, analyzes people and compensation data, and prepares reports for HR and Total Rewards stakeholders. The position requires strong attention to detail, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: · Participate in the day-to-day HR Admin team responsibilities and deliverables such as system/data maintenance, interface processing, and troubleshooting. · Partner with HR and IT to follow HRIS best practices, coordinate and facilitate data and process requirements, ensure they are correctly represented in our HR systems, support other HR systems related initiatives that relate to new or improved business processes. · Maintain data standards, policies and procedures for HR data/use/reporting. · Process employee data changes and corrections including mass updates and org changes. · Respond to questions and issues received from the business, including lo...
