About the Role DP World is seeking a customer-focused Senior Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Logistics team in Melbourne. In this role, you will partner closely with key customers and internal stakeholders across our business to strengthen customer relationships, drive growth and deliver operational excellence. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer needs are understood, solutions are delivered and long-term value is created. Additionally, you will translate customer requirements into practical operational solutions, provide strategic guidance on account growth and lead initiatives that enhance customer experience, performance outcomes and profitability.
