We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. ❗️Please note that this role is office-based for Poland. ⚡ We are looking for a Design Project Manager to join our Advertising Design department. ✅ Requirements: ✔️At least two years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio. ✔️Experience in the design tasks managing for digital marketing and mediabuying teams. ✔️Experience in handling complex marketing projects that included different teams and dozen clients. ✔️Readiness to work in a constantly changing environment, to align tasks with goals. ✔️Expertise in managing a dozen of differently skilled designers. ✔️Ready to receive and give feedback and include conclusions in design. ✔️Attention to visual details. ✔️Ability to meet deadlines.
