Join ELCA's IIM practice as a Consultant and take ownership of a high-growth offering at the intersection of data strategy, compliance, and AI. Your Mission: As a trusted advisor and delivery lead, you will: Design and implement Information Governance frameworks (policies, lifecycle, classification, retention, compliance) for major enterprise clients. Lead complex consulting engagements end-to-end: from problem framing and hypothesis-driven analysis to target operating model definition. Own and grow the Information Governance offering within our IIM practice — including go-to-market strategy, pre-sales, and pipeline development. Advise senior stakeholders, lead governance workshops, and build long-term client relationships. Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performing practice. Drive thought leadership on regulatory trends, ECM platforms, and GenAI governance implications.
