Job Description Summary The Project Engineering Manager (PEM) will lead the technical coordination and integration of major equipment and product subsystems for large hydro projects. This role works closely with Product Management, the Engineering Centre of Excellence, the Project Office, customers, and external partners to manage interfaces, support execution, and ensure technical, cost, and performance targets are met. This position is based on site in Phoenix, Arizona, at the customer location. Job Description: Requirements: - Define and discuss customer requirements and the conformity of the system to the contractual specifications - Identify alternatives and optimization opportunities that could impact the design, supplies or site operations, based on the strategy determined by the project team - Improve, Coordinate and Control the interfaces internally, for customers and partners - Deliver specifications and interface data to the partners (system, turbines, generators and civil engineers) - Provide work packages to the Centre of Excellence for the project, including client requirements, interfaces, planning, performance, reliability and costs in accordance with what has been...
