Description JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a client and family-centred framework and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision, values and policies of the organization, including Indigenous Cultural Safety, cultural humility and anti-racism principles, works in a team-based environment and is charged with providing discipline specific clinical support, training and education to designated staff for the designated program area a majority of the time. Plans, implements, and evaluates site educational programs to support access and flow and meet the needs of the clinicians and site. Provides training and at the elbow support; provides education on applicable legislation and its application, therapeutic approaches and discharge planning processes. As a Designated Responder Coordinator, provides clinical support, guidance, direction and education, and ensures Designated Authority of statutory obligations are met per Adult Guardianship Act.
