Maintenance Control Planner The Maintenance Control Planner executes maintenance planning and scheduling functions under the guidance of the management team. This role focuses on coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities in support of area priorities, ensuring resources, parts, and schedules are aligned for effective execution. The Planner serves as an operational coordination hub, helping translate maintenance strategy and direction into day-to-day execution within a highly automated DC. Responsibilities: · Support the execution of the daily and weekly maintenance plan by preparing schedules and coordinating work activities in alignment with the maintenance management team’s priorities. · Assist with coordination and execution of PMs, corrective work, shutdowns, and reliability initiatives based on established priorities. · Balance maintenance execution with operational throughput requirements. · Coordinate maintenance windows with Operations leadership. · Assist with reviewing and prioritizing work orders in the CMMS to support maintenance execution and schedule readiness. · Support efforts to ensure work orders are properly scoped, planned, and resourced. · S...
