Barista Supervisor Department: KSM 700295: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: KSM: Reporting To: Trisha Leblanc: Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour Description: The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Beverage & Food Service : Will assist with all coffee drinks, made to order drinks, basic food prep as well as basic cleaning and organizing of goods. Will brew coffee daily, help fill ice machines, and stock new inventories Will wipe down tables, mop, clean work areas, dish wash and keep cafe clean and well maintained and will help with on-site catering events, assist with set up and service as well as catering pick-ups Food Service : Engage with and provide superior service to all customers. Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them. Provide customers with product details, such as ingredients or preparation descriptions.
