Overview As a Health Club Attendant, you will often be the first to interact with our guests and members, your friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner directly enhances the value of our service. To succeed you must be fitness-minded, able to anticipate the needs of our guests and members and eager to respond appropriately. Your ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks combined with your positive interaction with members and guests will ensure our success. The Health Club Attendant reports to the Health Club Manager. You will be required to work a preset schedule as set forth by the Health Club Manager. Mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays are all possible. Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Greet hotel guests and club members, facilitate sign-in and touring procedures, and direct customers to appropriate areas of the club. - Maintain and communicate to our guests and prospects a thorough knowledge of the Health Club’s facilities and services. - Answer phones, direct calls, book and confirm appointments. - Professionally present and sell Health Club products and services. - Provide in-depth facility tours as needed - Document and post sales transacti...
