📍 Huddersfield 💼 Permanent, Full‑time 💰 Competitive Salary + Bonus + EV Car & Share Scheme + Healthcare + Pension + Benefits Senior Software Controls Engineer: You’ll join Actemium Automation Huddersfield, part of VINCI Energies, as a Senior Software Controls Engineer. In this hands‑on role you will design, develop and support PLC and SCADA software solutions for industrial automation projects across manufacturing and process sectors. You will work closely with project teams, electricians, commissioning engineers and clients to deliver safe, reliable and efficient control systems that meet technical and commercial requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead software design, development and documentation for PLC (Mitsubishi and Schneider Electric) and SCADA/HMI systems. Create and maintain control system architecture, functional specifications, I/O lists and software build schedules. Develop structured, modular, and well‑commented code following company and industry standards (SIL/ISA where applicable).
