Position Summary: Responsible for the collection and resolution of delinquent auto loan/lease accounts. Utilizes telephone, automated dialer, and written correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department. Provides customer service regarding collection issues and available collection programs. Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
