About the team Join the Customer Insight team – a collaborative, forward-thinking and highly engaged team that partners closely with commercial, marketing, digital and retail colleagues. Together, we tell compelling stories through data and research, influencing decisions that improve customer experiences and deliver meaningful business outcomes. More about the role: As an Insight Executive, you will support Insight Business Partners/Managers to deliver high-quality, actionable insight across Commercial. You’ll turn varied data sources - customer feedback, primary research, financial and market data - into clear & commercially relevant narratives that help the business drive decisions. Day-to-day, you’ll build strong relationships with your stakeholder group, working collaboratively to understand priorities and shape the research and insight needed.
