The Galley Coffee bar & Café Prep Associate , you will create the PH Experience for our Residents and family members by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with PH guiding culture. Ideal Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (average of 24 hours per week). Essential Functions: 1. Customer Service: Greet Residents warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Take orders and process payments efficiently. 2. Beverage and Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and standards. Additionally, prepare and assemble food items, including sandwiches, ensuring quality and consistency. 3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers. 4. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. 5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. 6.
