WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE: As the Operational Excellence Lead, you will be pivotal in elevating our operational standards across the PGS network. Your advanced knowledge in delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement will be crucial in optimizing site performance and implementing best practices. By conducting OpX Maturity Diagnostics, spearheading initiatives, and driving value realization, you will identify and eliminate inefficiencies, ensuring streamlined processes and enhanced operational effectiveness to delivery measurable value and impact.
