Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Quality Requirements Engineering and Compliance Advisor to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that processes and deliverables for mission-critical FAA systems meet defined quality standards. This position works closely with engineers, developers, and program managers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs. In this position, you will: - Understand, establish and maintain requirements traceability across program teams. - Assess and monitor supplier quality. - Assist program teams with identifying and implementing corrective actions. - Support program team risk assessments. - Provide subject matter expertise on the ISO 9001 standard and contractual requirements. Qualifications: - Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 5 years with Ph.D. - 12+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. - U.S. Citizenship Required. - Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance. - Strong knowledge of quality fram...
