Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Prepare the building foundation layout - Form and pour concrete foundations for walls and footings - Work with materials such as wood, plastic, steel, or concrete - Utilize hand and power tools and work in accordance with company and OSHA safety best practices - Frame floors, walls and roof structures - Perform finish carpentry, and install doors/frames & hardware, and windows - Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts and boom lifts.
