As Training Lead , you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering high‑quality learning solutions that enable staff capability, confidence and effective change adoption. About the Program: The Thread Program is a key initiative within Community and Mission (CaM) focused on improving client connection and service delivery. It brings together several projects and a new Salesforce CRM to simplify processes, strengthen collaboration and support a more seamless client experience across CaM services.
