We are looking for a talented Corporate Development Manager to join our team at Cummins in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: You'll lead high-impact corporate development projects—such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships—that directly shape the company's future and competitive positioning. By overseeing the creation of detailed valuation models, you'll provide the analytical foundation for multi-billion dollar decisions, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic goals. Your role in evaluating the strategic rationale of potential transactions and identifying key risks / opportunities will drive our long-term growth strategy. You'll lead our due diligence efforts, ensuring that financial, operational, and commercial aspects of deals are thoroughly vetted and successfully executed.
