Operations Manager, St Clair Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio Arclin, Inc. is currently looking for an Operations Manager for our St Clair Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio location. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position leads a production department and their efforts in the safe and cost effective operation of the facility. This position is responsible for facilitating, directing and controlling as appropriate, all aspects of the production operation to ensure achievement of Arclin’s goals and objectives. This position ensures that the plant is operating in compliance with all regulatory and company policies, procedures and regulations. Operations Manager Job Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and direct the Manufacturing department consisting of around 75 people. - Hire, develop, and evaluate workforce.
