YOUR ROLE: We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Warehouse Supervisor for our location in Nieuwegein. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Warehouse Operators, coaching, and guiding them. Additionally, you will be able to maintain oversight and monitor your team, identifying areas for improvement. Together with the Warehouse Supervisor and 3 other Ass. Supervisors, you will ensure that employees enjoy their work and meet the agreed KPIs. You will also participate in projects aimed at improvements and present improvement proposals to your manager. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor. WHAT WILL YOU DO?: As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will: The operational working times are from 7am till midnight.
