Dallas College is seeking an experienced teacher/practitioner in Live Sound and Music Production to teach Live Sound I and II. Preference will be given to candidates with significant professional experience in live sound reinforcement, audio engineering, music production, and performance, particularly within contemporary commercial music settings. The ideal candidate will approach live sound from a musician-centered perspective, with a strong understanding of how sound reinforcement supports performers, ensembles, and the overall audience experience. Candidates should be comfortable working across a wide range of commercial music genres, including pop, rock, R&B, jazz, country, musical theatre, and related styles.
