Description Specialty Metals Corp is a high-end, precision fabrication job shop serving demanding industries, including aerospace and other quality-critical markets. Our facility is AS9100-certified, and we operate with a strong focus on process control, documentation, and doing the job right the first time. The Opportunity: We are seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator for swing shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm) to support our precision fabrication operations. Experience is preferred ; however, we will consider entry-level candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn , and provide structured training on our equipment and processes. This role involves operating a 12-foot, 285-ton CNC press brake and supporting a high-mix, low-volume job shop environment. You’ll work closely with CAD and Sales to support design criteria, manufacturability, and accurate job quoting. This position also provides backup support for shear operations.
