Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions: Office Job Description: Position Summary: We are looking for a Tender Specialist to join a successful, dynamic, and international Sales and Service Operations environment. In this role, you will support the EMEA Sales teams by coordinating and responding to public and private tender invitations from Thermo Fisher Scientific customers in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. You will be responsible for supporting the tender submission process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with submission requirements, timelines, and internal processes. This includes reviewing tender specifications, identifying contractual or commercial deviations based on existing internal guidelines, coordinating the required approvals, collecting the relevant documentation, and preparing and submitting tender responses via electronic platforms or postal channels where applicable. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
