ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, SPECIALTY PHARMACY OPERATIONS Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy is looking for an experienced pharmacy leader to oversee on-site operations for a new specialty pharmacy operation. In this highly visible role, you will be challenged with growing operations for a new specialty pharmacy integrated within a Health System setting. You be responsible for directing pharmacy teams, interacting with specialty providers, and interacting with executive leadership to provide clear guidance operational challenges and growth opportunities. Responsible and accountable for all operational issues within a defined territory, shall be readily accessible to pharmacy staff, and shall participate in departmental long-range planning. Demonstrate leadership and commitment to total quality management including customer satisfaction and performance improvement.
