Position Summary: The Therapist I provides direct clinical services to patients, including group therapy, individual therapy, family sessions, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. This role works closely with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.
