Job Description At Fugro, a Dutch multinational headquartered in Nootdorp, we are offering an opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Risk Management Lead to play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s risk capabilities. In this role, you further enhance the risk function and actively contribute to building a strong risk culture, with direct impact on the risk‑management framework and related processes. You combine strong subject‑matter expertise with a practical, hands‑on mindset. You engage directly with the business and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation. You view risk management not merely as a defensive discipline, but as a strategic contributor to performance, resilience, and stakeholder protection. This requires someone who collaborates broadly, facilitates decision‑making, and naturally champions a mature risk culture. This senior position provides substantial exposure to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Management.
