Outdoor Program Facilitator- Camp Butternut Springs Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana is seeking part-time Outdoor Program Facilitators to be responsible for supervising and engaging youth ages 5-17 and adults in a variety of outdoor adventure activities, including ziplining, rappelling, archery, canoeing, swimming, and more. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic leaders with experience working with youth, strong communication skills, and a passion for outdoor education. This is a part-time, seasonal position working 10-25 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours during the summer season. Evening and weekend work required.
