About the role: The talent team owns one of the most important systems at Whop: finding and hiring exceptional people. As a talent engineer, you will build the sourcing, automation, data, and workflow infrastructure that helps us identify, engage, and close world-class candidates. That includes building candidate pipelines, automating research and outreach, improving recruiting operations, and using data to make hiring faster, sharper, and more reliable. What you'll do: - Build systems that identify and surface high-signal candidates across engineering, product, design, security, data, and business roles - Create sourcing automations that turn messy public data into clean, useful candidate pipelines - Improve recruiter and hiring manager workflows across sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and tracking - Build internal tools that help us evaluate, prioritize, and engage candidates faster - Use data to understand where our best candidates come from and how to improve conv...
