This job rotates through and experiences various aspects of the organization's administration. The Fellow is exposed to a number of different entities including, but not limited to, hospitals, clinics, business development areas, strategic operations, and corporate offices. Participates in a broad range of hands-on experiences and projects that will prepare him or her for future opportunities in health care leadership. Applies the theories, principles and skills learned in the academic portion of a graduate program in business or health care administration to the Fellowship.
