You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the S4/o9 project across MEU for your function. This leadership role works directly with senior-level leaders across functions and in the BUs to drive the S4/o9 transformation. How you will contribute: You will: Act as a change partner, managing communication and stakeholder engagement to build awareness, understanding, support and adoption of s4/o9 implementation. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans aligned with global S4/o9 plans and overall organizational goals. Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement via leading change within the specific business function in FitGap and capturing Change Impact Assessments (CIA).
