Responsibilities: The Assistant General Counsel – Hospital Operations must be a transactional/regulatory attorney with experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with hospitals. This attorney works closely with key leadership at both the corporate and local levels across the health system. This attorney will provide daily counsel on a range of operational issues. This attorney will prepare a wide variety of corporate agreements such as physician agreements, joint ventures, leases, vendor contracts, supply chain contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and affiliation agreements.
