Overview R&P is looking for an experienced Marine Electrician / Technician II to fill a full-time position undertaking a variety of tasks relating to installing, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic equipment onboard LCS Class Navy ships in San Diego, CA. This position will involve installing electrical cabling, building various electrical connectors, Installation of hardware and troubleshooting malfunctions in several different electrical and electronic systems. Due to the high amount of risk pertaining to this job, electricians must be first and foremost responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must also be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems. Previous LCS Class experience is preferred.
