Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response. Position Summary: Manages resources to meet customer needs and ensures field personnel are safely dispatched to customer requests, compliance work and emergency calls. Manages the restoration dispatch center to ensure efficient processes, and effective cost and budget management. Oversees scheduling, streetlight repair process, 911 Emergency calls, the Estimated Time of Restoration (ETOR) and general clerical functions.
