Summary of Role: The VP, Silicon Engineering / Test Engineering Services (TES) is the general manager for a growth product line delivering post‑fab silicon services —including wafer sort/probe support, final test engineering, test program development, characterization, yield/quality analytics, and adjacent services that accelerate customer time-to-market and improve product quality and cost. The role owns end-to-end P&L , builds and executes the TES strategy, and partners closely with Business Development/Sales to generate and convert a robust customer pipeline for silicon post‑fab services.
