Finance Manager

About the Position The Finance Manager will support driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting across Csquare. This role is responsible for site-level P&L compilation and analysis, dashboard development, preparing management presentations, and maintenance of financial models. The Manager will partner cross-functionally to provide accurate, timely, and data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Compile, validate, and analyze site-level P&Ls, identify trends, cost drivers, and performance insights. - Build, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards that support executive decision-making. - Maintain and improve financial models, including assumptions, logic, and automation. - Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes. - Conduct variance analysis and prepare clear, concise explanations for leadership. - Partner with Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and financial alignment. - Develop materials for executive leadership reviews, including detailed analysis and insights. - Support operational capacity analysis and scenario planning.
