What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Technician You’re skilled, dependable, and care about doing the job right. You bring: - 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC experience a plus). - A high school diploma or GED. - Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally. - Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover overtime or nearby communities when needed. - Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training (we’ll train you!)....
