Department: 11917 Navicent Health Medical Center - Facilities Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 35 Schedule Details/Additional Information: FT/Various/7 on 7 off/ 3rd Shift Pay Range: $28.55 - $42.85 Major Responsibilities: - Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Documents through use of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). - Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems such as plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm, HVAC and electrical systems. - Manage response and repairs associated with emergencies such as leaks, floods, water outages, fires, power outages, equipment failures, etc. - Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and maintenance manuals to gain knowledge needed to complete assignments. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: - Valid Driver’s License Education Required: - High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience Required: - Less than 2 Years Experience in equipment maintenance Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: - Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures. - Basic computer skills in using systems such a...
